testing childhood values by doing their opposite.
Drugs, debauchery, materialism.
It's learning that I was right,
so living the rest of life a hypocrite.

Adulthood isn't emancipation.
It isn't "finding your true self"
It's awareness that self awareness brings a dark, scary place
Its comfort lies only in lies.
